LPCL, is passionate about the growth of businesses in Zambia and are helping organisations drive their grow through the provision of consulting services in Strategy Planning, Review & Development, Performance Improvement & BPR and Human Capital. LPCL are now establishing a new practice in Ndola and are seeking to employ staff to join its dynamic and value driven leadership team.


 

ROLE: MANAGER (Ndola Practice)

Duties



 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


 

To lead the Ndola practice with the responsibility for managing the three main pillars of the practice - Human Capital, Strategy and Performance Improvement.

 

Accountable for:

  • Operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice.
  • Maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability
  • Ensuring that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
  • Developing plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieves business plan.
  • Managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base and
  • Serving as advisor for engagements.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Managerial and Leadership skills and experience to engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals.
  • Analytical competencies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of General Business including HR principles, techniques and procedures as well as strategies.
  • Change Management and Business Process Mapping experience.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Expected to have excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to readily adapt to different priorities and people.
  • Act with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Work experience of at least 7 years of HR experience (as Generalist, Business Partner or any other capacity) or General Management Consulting experience of at least 4 years.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with a minimum of five credits (with Mathematics and English) and
  • Business Degree with membership to a relevant professional body.
