ROLE: Manager Programming, Monitoring & Evaluation (RefMP1)
Duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertakes monitoring and evaluation of projects
- Provides technical assistance through capacity building activities in order to enhance the technical capacities and service delivery
- Takes responsibility for security of M&E data and information including confidentiality
- Develops and reviews terms of reference for consulting services and post technical audit
- Prepares detailed technical reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Five (5) years related work experience
- High interpersonal skills to discuss, negotiate, confidently with relatively senior members of staff or clients to obtain required data/authority or convince or communicate ideas /concepts effectively
- Competence in the use of design packages such as AutoCAD, Civil Designer
- Knowledge of M&E tools, such as log frames, Microsoft (MS)
- Project management skills, negotiation skills, strategic and business planning skills
- Knowledge of International Construction Management Tools such as FIDIC and SATTC
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Member of EIZ
- Grade 12 Certificate
