ROLE: Manager Internal Audit (Ref MA1)

Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for systems and compliance
Audits and performs special investigations with a view of identifying weakness and making recommendations to strengthen the Institution’s Internal Control systems and enhance efficiency
Prepares Internal Audit control Reports
Contributes to the budgets and assists with monitoring expenditure

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Five (5) years related work experience in audit environment and accounting principles and practices
Skills in conducting quality control reviews of audit work
Working knowledge of either Pastel Accounting System/Sun System or Navision
Good communication skills – both written and oral
High levels of honesty, and objectivity
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or full accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA
Grade 12 Certificate
Member of ZICA
