CLIENT PROFILE

Our client is an international Company whose head office is in Zimbabwe with a branch in Zambia. They deal mainly with Auctioning of Vehicles, Electronics, and Building materials among others. They are growing their business in Zambia and will be opening other business areas in addition to the ones presently in operation. They are seeking to recruit a REAL ESTATE MANAGER to be based in Lusaka.

ROLES

REAL ESTATE  MANAGER (Lusaka)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle financial operations of the properties.
• Update owners on status of properties.
• Supervise maintenance staff
• Plan and direct the sale and development of real estate properties on behalf of business and investors.
• Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of property.
• Performs periodic regular property inspection
• Acts as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives as being met.
• Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related.
• MBA in any field will be ad added advantage.
• Must have at least five (5) years experience in the real estate management.
• Ability to communicate with owners and staff in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to keep record
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be a licensed member of Zambia Institute of Real Estate Management
