Our client is a corporate body established under the Laws of Zambia. They are looking for a Secretary who is self motivated, able to use their initiative and be happy to complete many different tasks within the office. |

RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Type from shorthand notes or manuscript, letters, memoranda, tables, reports and other documents of a routine and confidential nature.
- Receive, place, filter and convey telephone call and tactfully screen visitors.
- Order and keep a reasonable supply of office stationery and other requisites to facilitate movement of correspondence and production of documents.
- Make internal and external travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist the Executive Assistant in maintaining a logical and systematic filing system.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE |
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Advanced Secretarial Certificate, 120/60 wpm shorthand and typing.
- Five (5) years relevant work experience in a busy office.
- Working knowledge of computers in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Personal organization
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
