Laura & Partners Consulting Limited-LPCL is a business advisory firm that provides consulting, advisory and research services to clients. LCPL’s functional services, focuses on Strategy, Performance Improvement and Human Capital Consulting.  The firm is seeking to recruit a dynamic Associate to work, support and lead projects that primarily focus on value and growth to improve the business performance of clients as well as maximizing growth for LPCL.

ROLE TITLE

ASSOCIATE- HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING

QUALIFICATIONS

A relevant degree in human resource/business or related field plus 2 years of relevant work experience with membership to ZIHRM.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Contribute effectively to annual work plans and the Firm Balanced Score Card;
2. Manage projects effectively with multiple work streams across a diverse industry;
3. Maintain LPCL business databases (CRM, Project Management Check Lists) and CV database to ensure maximum utilization of staff and clients;
4. Develop client reports ensuring 100\\\\\\\\% acceptance;
5. Develop and submit proposals in line with ToRs and LPCL standards with 75\\\\\\\\% success rate;
6. Prepare high quality content for executive level presentations to communicate and achieve buy-in from clients and potential clients;
7. Develop and undertake research, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs;
