JOB GOAL:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Diploma in Education or Educational administration.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Successful performance in teaching and administrative positions of increasing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of board policies, and regulations of the Ministry of Education.
• Confident, positive and approachable.
• Commitment to continued personal and professional development.
• Advocate a sound educational philosophy, with the ability to translate into practice.
• Ability to create a learning culture which is recognized by staff, parents and pupils and be of good moral and spiritual character.
• Passion for OVC is essential.

Experience: Have earned at least five years of actual teaching experience.
