Our client, an independent professional business advisory firm providing, taxation, financial and business services to clients in Zambia and across the region is seeking to employ individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment to join their team of professionals.

• Reporting to the Managing Partner,
• You will be responsible for all aspects of the IT environment and will be a lead resource for the firm\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s IT needs as a whole.
• You will implement, manage, monitor and maintain technologies and service levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study;
• Minimum Five (5) years in IT with the focus on IT infrastructure and services technologies process and management;
• Proven track record with both technical and management responsibilities of technology infrastructure and IT services support for 100+ people organizations;
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to the firm;
• Effective verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact within all levels of the firm;
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on excellence and setting best practice benchmarks;
• MCSE and or CCNA certification.
