Over fifteen years’ experience. Worked as Branch Manager, Head Corporate Services, Business Development Manager, Manager Recoveries, Human Resource Manager and Senior Assistant Metallurgical Engineer in a multi-cultural set-up in the Mining, Banking and Diplomatic mission and Production sectors.
Over seven years Human Resource experience. Knowledgeable in Human Resources functions from payroll management, service delivery to relationship management (collective bargaining, disciplinary procedures, industrial relations, performance management, manpower planning). Conversant with the Employment Act and the Industrial and Labour Relations Act.
Knowledgeable in Budget preparation and control, Accounts Reconciliation Estates Management, Procurement Management, Contracts Management and General Office Administration.
Experience in managing and facilitating training; and training needs analysis. Knowledge in developing lessons plans and schemes of work as well as Curriculum development.
Holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering with Minerals Engineering from the University of Birmingham, a Certificate in Teaching Methodology and is an Accredited Trainer with the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority. Currently pursuing a MPhil in Sustainable Mining Development as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management.
