JOB GOAL:

• To develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives and facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and by organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Diploma in Primary Education.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Works independently with little direct supervision, and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic to achieve academy goals.
• Displays effective multi-tasking and time management skills coupled with a willingness to share their Christian testimony and instruct others in the faith.
• Passion for OVC is essential.

Experience:

• Have earned at least three years of actual teaching experience.
